After 19 years as the Festival’s publicist there are two things I can always rely on at the festival: each year will be a unique
experience, and I will meet some interesting and interested filmmakers who tell some of the most profound—and funny—
stories. Each year the quality of the films seem to get better and better, with stories that ignite the imagination and touch
the soul, inspiring great conversations among complete strangers. I encourage audience members to get to know the
filmmakers by taking advantage of the post-film Q&As, workshops, panel discussions, and parties too--and don’t forget to
vote for your favorite films that are in line to receive the festival’s coveted Audience Awards.
