A leaf sheep (Costasiella kuroshimae) is a tiny, adorable species of sea slug—or sacoglossan sea slug—that looks remarkably like a cartoon sheep or a leaf. Found in shallow tropical waters near Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines, these creatures are famous for being one of the few animals in the world that can perform photosynthesis.

Summer Camp

Buckle up for a wildly unpredictable ride through space, time, and Hollywood history. This eclectic shorts block brings together the whimsical legacy of an ’80s comedy icon (It Happened: The Judy Tenuta Story), a screenwriter’s literal crime-to-script pipeline (A Good Script Is Hard To Find), and the chaotic consequences of messing with reality—whether it’s accidentally destroying the world via retro dairy appliance (Milkshake Time Machine) or mixing stoner comedy with heartfelt romance (It’s Hard Not to be Romantic About Time Travel). Rounded out by the distinct, imaginative worlds of Beetroot, Meeting Your Maker, and Astronot, this program proves that the universe is at its best when things get a little weird.
