How to redeem a ticket package
Please use this to redeem all ticket packages, please not if you purchased a All Film or VIP Package you don’t need to redeem for virtual screenings as you will simply log into our virtual platform at https://woodshole.elevent.tv/ using your email and password under pass holders.
Thanks for purchasing a ticket package from Woods Hole Film Festival for in-person screenings.
Here are the instructions to select the tickets for ticket package:
2. Once you’ve logged in, click on your name to open your account and a window will open from which you may fulfill your ticket package. Be sure to click FULFILL PACKAGE in the upper right corner.
3. Go to our Film and Events page and select the film/s you would like to see. Once you click the film you should see your Ticket Package option show up and it will indicate how many tickets you have remaining in that package. Select the number of tickets you would like to redeem. You are not required to make all of your selections at once.
4. You can check out now or continue shopping
5. You will be able to review your selections one last time before you complete your fulfillment. Once you click complete you will have to go back to step one if you would like to select additional tickets for that package.
